Report Licenses

SHT Research provides two report licenses for its published reports, i.e. Single User License and Corporate User License. The following explanatory definitions of Single User License and Corporate User License also indicate different pricing strategies for one report with different license.

Single User License

Access to the report will be granted to individual user (“Authorized User”). The Authorized User may use the information for the needs of THE COMPANY (meaning THE COMPANY and its affiliates in which THE COMPANY owns, directly or indirectly, a fifty percent or greater financial interest). He may share the information with other Authorized Users and may store, display, or archive the information. Furthermore the Authorized User may talk about the content of the report with other employees, may include insubstantial amounts of the content in THE COMPANY internal reports or presentations and may transmit insubstantial amounts of the content from time to time on a non-regular basis to other employees.

Authorized User may commission other employees to work on behalf of him. Such other employees will not be considered as Authorized Users as long as they do not access the report for their own use. In cases of inability of the Authorized User to access the report, the Authorized User is allowed to grant another employee access to the report or to name a successor with written permission from SHT Research Company.

Corporate User License

The report may be used within THE COMPANY (meaning THE COMPANY and its affiliates in which THE COMPANY owns, directly or indirectly, a fifty percent or greater financial interest).

Furthermore it includes the use by external contractors or partners of THE COMPANY (e.g. consultants) in relation to the work performed by such external contractors or partners for THE COMPANY. With regard to the content delivered THE COMPANY is authorized to store, display, duplicate, archive and to distribute the information within THE COMPANY either electronically or in paper.
