Q1: Who is SHT Research?

A1: SHT Research is a report publisher that provides professional market research reports self-produced. You can learn more on SHT Research by visiting About Us.

Q2: How do I search for a report?

A2: Please type the report title and/or key word(s) in the search bar on the top-side of SHT Research’s website. And do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find the report interested by visiting Contact Us.

Q3: What is the format of the report?

A3: Mostly the reports published by SHT Research are available in electronic formats including PDF and Microsoft Word. You may also get other electronic formats like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint depending on the nature of the report. In addition, Hard Copy and CD-ROM can be mailed to the client with some extra cost on printing and delivery.

Q4: What is the difference between Single User License and Corporate User License?

A4: Single User License: Allows one person, i.e. the buyer, to have access to the report. The report cannot be distributed/shared with anyone else without written permission from SHT Research.

Corporate User License: Allows the report to be shared among all employees of the company.

Explanation of report license will be sent to the customer together with the report ordered.

Q5: How do you deliver the report?

A5: For electronic format, the report will be sent to you as an attachment or downloaded from a link sent in an email; For Hard Copy and CD-ROM, we will deliver the report to the client through international express services like DHL, Fedex, TNT, and UPS within one to three business days after the confirmation from the client side.

Q6: Are there any sample pages available for the reports listed on your website?

A6: SHT Research usually provides sample pages of most reports listed once required by the client.

Q7: Does SHT Research require full payment before report dispatch?

A7: Due to the nature of information product which is used as and when purchased, we would not be able to send the report before full payment is received.

Q8: What payment methods do you accept?

A8: We offer a wide range of payment options:

Q11: What is SHT Research’s refund/return policy?

A11: Due to the nature of information products, we usually do not provide refunds for orders. If you have any questions regarding the report, SHT Research provides complete post purchase support.
